Sales Representative is responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals by selling to new and existing customers. This includes maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell, and promote the bags. The successful candidate should be a high-energy, results-oriented individual with a passion for luxury and related products.
Responsibilities:
1. Engaging customers in the store to increase sales, increase brand awareness, and ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Becoming knowledgeable about all aspects of the luxury handbag industry.
3. Identifies opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell, and promote bags through in store demonstrations, social media posts, and other avenues as needed
4. Provides detailed product knowledge to customers through knowledge of the brand’s history, design process, materials used in production, etc.
5. Works with the store manager to ensure that all products are merchandised according to company guidelines
6. Maintains cleanliness of the store by following company guidelines for stocking shelves and organizing product displays
7. Provides feedback on new product ideas from customers or from the company
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a retail sales representative or similar position; this is considered an entry level position for this role
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Must have strong communication skills
- Should be knowledgeable in fashion trends
