I’m looking for a flatmate to share an artistic and vibrant space in the heart of Moda, Kadıköy.
The apartment is 180 m² with 4 rooms, a living room, kitchen, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. Super central — just 5–10 mins walking distance to public transport, shops, cafes, bars, and anything else you might need.
The available room is 12 m² (3.2m x 3.9m). It faces the light shaft, so there’s not much of a view, but it still gets daylight.
A bit about me: I’m 34, a sculptor, and I work on prop design for TV shows and films. I love what I do, live a pretty peaceful and creative life, and I’m into cycling too. I really care about keeping the home clean, quiet, and respectful.You’ll be sharing the flat with two other international housemates: an Erasmus student from Germany studying sculpture, and a researcher from Italy currently working on their university thesis
