About me: 40 years old male, and working on computer science.
My flat is at 5th floor with an open view. There is heating system with kombi, namely 24 hours hot Water. There are fridge, dish machine, washing machine, oven, microwave, iron, iron board, hairdryer, Wifi, etc.
The distance to transportations:
We have 5 buses which are just 1 minute away. 36T, 54HT, 50N, 50E. The buses 50N, 36T and 54HT come from Taksim which is 15 minutes away. The bus 50E come from EMİNÖNÜ which is 15 minutes away.
We have HALICIOGLU metrobus station which is 15 minutes away by walking.
Distance to Universities by bus:
20 minutes to Istanbul University
10 minutes to Kadir Has University.
10 minutes to Haliç University.
10 minutes to Ticaret University.
The flat is over 140 mt2 and bathroom, kitchen, and toilet are large and seperated with other rooms. Living room is enough large and there is a balcony. In the flat, it is not allowed to smoke. If you want to smoke you should use only balcony. This is not a party house and you should be clean, tidy and silent at nigth.
