I would like to rent out my Room in Kadıköy/Moda for 3-6 months of stays. The house has a sunny balcony. The room is a large room with its own balcony. It has a double bed and a large wardrobe. It is in the center of Moda. House has all household items + big screen tv, hi-fi music system and air-con. There are three cats and two dogs at home besides me. They are calm harmonious animals. I've a coffeshop in moda.

Rent: 500 Euro included bills. Cleaning lady not included.
