one room in my apartment is available now.
Basically all stuffs are available both in the room and rest of the apartment. Kitchen wares, washing machine etc.
In your private room there are a double size bed, a big couch, a desk, a chair, a carpet, a commode, and a wardrobe. Room's windows are fronting an open view with trees and other houses. You can smoke in your room.
The house is in the best part of Kadıköy in my humble opinion. Because it's right in the center, very near to the bar street, ferries, busses; nevertheless our district 'Yeldeğirmeni' is a very cosy and peaceful neighborhood.
I always receive foreign people who come to Istanbul mostly for the erasmus program or sometimes for working, for either 1 or two terms(a half or a full year). Monthly rent is 18000 TL including heating, internet, water, and electricity use. For guarantee, deposit is 12000 TL. If you'd like to take it for shorter terms, like few weeks, then the deal should be rediscussed.
By the way, my name is Ahmet Kasimay, I studied Translation as bachelor, and I'm working as a teacher and translator of German and English languages. I'm also a musician, did a master program of Music Theory at Istanbul Technical University. I'm interested in everything as to culture, like philosophy, history, arts mainly, and I do some sports too. I lived in Hannover/Germany during the Erasmus Program and I've been acquiring exchange flatmates for more than ten years now, so I have shared home with lots of different friends from various countries, and still like to meet and share my place with people from other cultures.
