I’d like to sublet my apartment for December and January (+February if needed, I can adapt).
I'd be even happier if someone who likes the district Cihangir enjoys it. It's a bright, fully equipped place in Cihangir, Çukurcuma with an open view.
I’ve added a few photos — happy to send more via DM if you're curious.
The rent will be 60,000 TL per month, including utilities, building fees, a monthly cleaning service, and a caretaker who takes out the trash every evening and is available if anything comes up.
You can clearly see the Galata Tower across the horizon, with lots of light filling the space throughout the day. To enjoy this calm atmosphere and the stunning view, you’ll need to climb up to the sixth floor — a small workout that comes with living in a beautiful old building (no elevator, but plenty of charm!).
Cihangir is known for its friendly street cats, who seem to belong to everyone and to no one at the same time. Our home shares that same spirit — warm, welcoming, and full of quiet companionship, with one gentle cat who lives here and only asks for a little care.

Lastly, I share walking distances to the important points:
• 10 min to the seaside
• 5 min to the tram and metro
• 5 min to Taksim Square
• 2 min to Cihangir cafés
